Placing an order

Placing an order at the shelving shop is an extremely simple process.

Navigation

The navigation at the top of page has been carefully broken down into relevant departments (shelving, racking, workbenches etc), with the aim of making it easy for you to find the product you are looking for.

Select the relevant department, which will take you to the department home page and show the sub department, which have also been broken down for your convenience.

Add to basket

To put the item you wish to purchase in your basket, click its title from the Product Prices and options column. This will show you the purchase options, such as Quantity for require for the product.

When you have selected the options, click the Add to cart button.

Checkout

Once the items are in your basket, click the Secure Checkout to input your details.

Payment

Finally, when you have added your details, you will be taken to WorldPay to input your credit card details.

Take delivery!

That's it. The next step, within 3 - 5 working days, your goods will be delivered to your main delivery address.

Saving an order

If for any reason you do not want to purchase immediately, you can use our Save order feature. This will store you order, in its current state, within the system for 60 days.

All you need to do is input an email address and password. To retrieve your order, return to The Shelving Shop, login and your order will be stored in the Saved orders section of your account.
