Security information
There are 3 security elements to the account you have with The Shelving Shop.
e-Mail
Your username is your e-mail address, which is a unique piece of information used to login to your account.
Password
Your password should be between 5 and 10 characters long. It should be kept secret at all times!
If you forget your password, you can enter your e-mail address and your password will be e-mailed to your e-mail address.
Date of birth
Your date of birth is used to verify you are who you say you are, if you ever have to ring up.
Main address
The main address is the main address you want to be associated with your account. It is NOT a delivery address, although it can be.
Delivery addresses
Delivery addresses are addresses you want to or have had your purchases delivered to. You can store as many delivery addresses in the system as you require, however, once you have used an address in a completed purchase, you cannot amend it.
To amend an address that has been used, you must create a new address based on the delivery addresses.
Saved orders
If you choose to save an order, they will be saved in your account for 60 days from the date that you put the items in your basket.
To process a saved order, login to your account and click the Process link for the item you wish to purchase.
Customer service
To make our customer service as accessible as possible, we encourage our customers to visit our website, login and leave enter their messages in the Customer Service section of your account if they have any queries. This is the most complete way to use our customer service department.
